On Tuesday evening, June 21, 2022, Father Milutin officiated the Sacrament of Marriage with the blessing Metropolitan Gerasimos for Shelly Vomvolakis and Michael Pappas. In attendance were Koubara Shirley Manis, Michael’s father George Pappas, and their niece Nicole Pappas. [Note: Michael suffered a leg injury requiring stitches, so his attire accommodated his healing.] Father Milutin noted it was a “cozy” wedding, the first one to be celebrated surrounded by the beautiful iconography of the saints.
