On Sunday, June 12, 2002, we celebrated the exquisite iconography of Dmitry Shkolnik. He was joined by his wife Inna and daughter Daria. Our Nave is now covered from top to bottom with his beautiful artistic renderings of many Saints, all thoroughly researched for authentic clothing and features. Dmitry and his assistants, Aleko and John, worked tirelessly to complete all the work unveiled today. We are ever thankful to many generous donors who made our Fresco Project a resounding success. Prophet Elias has now entered the realm of other Orthodox churches around the world covered from top to bottom with images of the Saints. When we pray the Saints will be all around us. Amin!
